Blood, Sweat and Beers. Sure, it’s funny – funny haha beer haha – but also, it represents what we love the most about Jiu Jitsu and grappling. The closeness, the camaraderie and yes, the beers afterwards. Training in a grappling gym is as much about the friends you make as the skills you pick up. You sweat and bleed with your team mates. There may even be the odd tear, but we prefer the odd beer instead.
